Fast and Robust Chromatic dispersion Estimation for Digital Optical Coherent Receivers

Abstract

The performances of different fast chromatic dispersion estimation (CDE) techniques are compared. Then a PMD robust CDE technique with lower computation complexity and better universality is proposed. Simulation and experimental results are presented.
