Abstract

A 4 × 25.8-Gb/s −13.7-dBm sensitivity optical receiver composed of a 0.13-µm SiGe BICMOS transimpedance amplifier and an 850-nm 250-µm-pitch photodiode is demonstrated. The crosstalk penalty is less than 0.3 dB for all channels.
