Abstract

We design an all-optical wavelength converter enabling guard-band-less tunable operation over 30-nm bandwidth for WDM signals. Arbitrary conversion operations in 1530-1560nm range for 8-channel 32-Gbaud DP-QPSK signals with the bandwidth of 1THz are successfully demonstrated.
