Abstract

Single-carrier 400G based on 84-GBaud 8QAM is generated and pre-processed with pre-equalization and Look-up-Table pre-distortion. Thanks to the receiver-side DBP fiber nonlinearity compensation, 8x400G transmission over 2,125 km SSMF with EDFA-only amplification is enabled.
