A Silicon Integrated Microwave-Photonic Transceiver

Abstract

A fully integrated photonic-assisted tunable RF transceiver based on SOI technology has been proposed and experimentally demonstrated, which contains the signal processing units of the up/down-conversion, phase shifting and filtering as well as the frequency multiplier of the local oscillator.
