An Accurate Algorithm to Quantitatively Identify the Performance Degradation Caused by Linear Crosstalk

Abstract

A new algorithm to estimate the signal impairment by linear crosstalk is proposed. Experiments demonstrate the linear relationship between the Q penalty and crosstalk indicator with R2=0.98 under various transmission distances and conditions.
