Abstract

We demonstrate a bi-directional signal-remodulated visible-light-communication (VLC) system using tricolor R/G/B laser diodes to produce a 20.231-Gbit/s orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexed (OFDM) downstream signal and 2-Mbit/s remodulated on-off-keying (OOK) upstream signal.
