Abstract

Point-to-point seawater communication based on directly 16-QAM OFDM encoded 450-nm blue laser is performed to carry the data with 2.7 GBaud (10.8 Gbps) and 3.7 GBaud (14.8-Gbps) for transmission over 10.2 m and 1.7 m.
