Experimental and Analytical Characterization of Time Variation of ICXT in MCFs with Multiple Interfering Cores

Abstract

A stochastic model for the time-variation of crosstalk in multicore-fibers with multiple interfering cores is proposed and validated experimentally. This model enables the system design using the properties of crosstalk generated by single interfering cores.
