Abstract

We demonstrate a bi-directional optically-connected memory architecture based on a silicon photonic platform. Optical multicast and sub-microsecond spatial switching is demonstrated to minimize reconfiguration times of 10Gbps data-streams between a CPU and two memory nodes.
