A 10Gb/s All-Optical Match-line for optical Content Addressable Memory CAM Rows

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate the first all-optical match-line for a two Optical CAM-cell-based address look-up row, using wavelength encoding and an AWG-multiplexer. Error-free 2-bit search memory operation at 10Gb/s is experimentally demonstrated.
