Abstract

We demonstrate a 110Gbit/s OOK transmitter using a hybrid silicon and polymer EO modulator with BER below FEC threshold. It has high thermal-stability, >100G operation bandwidth, 3.5dB extinction ratio and low driving-voltages of 3.5V.
