Abstract

We propose cooperative filtering scheme for transmission signals and LO channels from an LO bank; this yields 50% filter chip-size reduction and fast (3.2μs) switching. 1,8561,856 optical switching of 128-Gb/s DP-QPSK signals is successfully demonstrated.
