A Fast Amplifier Gain and Tilt Configuration Algorithm for Dynamic C+L-band Networks

Abstract

We propose a fast amplifier gain/tilt configuration algorithm for C+L-band systems in presence of Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS). The running time is less than 5 seconds which can be used for real-time dynamic network control.
