Photonic Micro-Ring Tensor Core for Parallel and Shared Batch Processing

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate a batch dimension processing scheme based on the micro-ring weighting bank, which can at least quadruple the computing capability of the photonic tensor core without extra weighting units and power consumption.
