Abstract

The Fiber Optic Control System Integration (FOCSI) contract between NASA/Tri-Services and General Electric is intended to initiate the design of an all-optical aircraft control system. The protocol branch method was developed at Boeing to facilitate this program, and was supported under contract NAS3-24624.
