INTEGRATED OPTIC MICRODISPLACEMENT SENSOR USING TWO ASYMMETRIC X JUNCTIONS AND A ROD LENS

Abstract

Integrated optic microdisplacement sensor composed of two asymmetric X junctions and a rod lens has been developed. Simultaneous detection of the direction and the quantity of displacement were achieved over a wide measurement range.
