Abstract

Many methods have been devised for interrogating in-fiber Bragg gratings, including scanned filters (e.g., Fabry-Perot [1], acousto-optic [2], and stretched-fiber grating [3]), passive filters using wavelength selective couplers [4], readout spectrometers [5,6] and stretched-fiber interferometers [7].
