Abstract
The feasibility for high-resolution structural health monitoring based on fiber-optic frequency-domain Brillouin strain sensing is experimentally demonstrated. An iterative reconstruction algorithm is proposed, which correctly takes into account the physical phenomena involved in high-resolution measurements.
