Fiber optic sensing in broad spectrum range: 0.2-18μm

Abstract

Review of fiber spectroscopy sensors for 0.2-18μm range based on silica, Chalcogenide (CIR-) and Polycrystalline (PIR-) fibers. Parameters of fiber coupled FTIR-, diffraction grating, IR-filter and QCL- spectral systems are compared to match specific application.
