Tilted End-Fiber Diffraction Grating Inscribed by Femtosecond Laser for Temperature Measurement

Abstract

Tilted diffraction gratings have been inscribed by femtosecond laser in the bulk of optical fiber end-faces. One end-fiber diffraction grating has been applied for temperature sensing based on order displacement, achieving linear behavior up to 75°C.
