Abstract

SPR based fiber optic sensor for neurotransmitter acetylcholine employing Ta2O5: PPy: rGO nanocomposite framework as entrapment scaffold for acetylcholinesterase enzyme is reported. The sensor possesses sensitivity of 4.382 nm/µM with detection limit 76 nM.
