Digital-RF-Synthesizer-Based Laser Phase Noise Compensation Method for Optical Fiber Sensors

Abstract

We present a new laser phase noise compensation scheme compatible with optical fiber sensors. 25 dB optimization in phase noise spectrum in the delayed self-heterodyne experiment is observed under 10 Hz video bandwidth.
