Mitigation of Output Fluctuations due to Residual State of Input Polarization in a Compact Current Sensor

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a new compact current sensor and technique capable to mitigate the residual state of polarization variation of partially depolarized optical sources. Sensor can operate from 0 to 300A and, is designed to be applied in electric distributed networks to power quality measurement.
