Comb-like Brillouin spectra generated by pulse trains arranged at power intervals for high-resolutional analysis

Abstract

We present novel signal formula for Brillouin analysis, which uses short pulse trains arranged at different power intervals. The obtained spectrum has narrow-band teeth and wide free spectral range, and is applicable to high-accuracy measurements
