A Novel Refractive Index Sensing Technique by Interrogating Tilted Fiber Bragg Grating with Electro-optic Dual-comb Interferometer

Abstract

We propose a novel refractive index (RI) sensing technique by interrogating a tilted fiber Bragg grating with electro-optic dual-comb interferometer(EO-DCI). The ex- perimental measurement shows the limit of detection of RI is realized at the order of 107.
