Abstract

We propose a temperature-compensable cardiac biomarker immunosensor using a reflective microfiber Bragg grating. By elevating the reaction temperature to 37 OC (human body characteristics), the detection time could be greatly shortened, enabling the potential of the rapid and in-vivo diagnosis on acute myocardial infarction.
