Abstract

The model P-1 Shack Interferometer is a compact unequal path laser interferometer which we have made smaller than our previous instruments of this type by building it from smaller components. This new version has larger numerical aperture, cleaner beam, more stable alignment and greater versatility than earlier units. Its versatility, portability, low cost and ease of use make it attractive to the practicing optical technician and the competitive shop manager.
