Abstract

Measurement of the roof-angle error of prisms is a traditional task in optical measurement. Some established measuring devices, such as interferometers¹⁾ and autocollimators, are commonly used. Interferometers are expensive equipments. The autocollimator is simple to use, but it takes time to measure and is not suitable for automatic analysis.
