Infrared Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor for conformal dome metrology

Abstract

An infrared Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor operating in the mid-IR has been constructed to test aspheric conformal optics. This transmission measurement of the dome is done in the as-used configuration without null optics.
