Improving Radius Measurements on a Commercial Interferometer

Abstract

We have applied a mathematical error motion compensation algorithm to improve radius measurements on a commercial instrument and removed a 0.14% bias from the measured radius value. The method uses a homogeneous transformation matrix formalism.
