Monolithic, Low-index Guided-mode Resonance Filters: Fabrication and Simulation

Abstract

This study presents a technique to fabricate monolithic, low-index guided-mode resonance filters by means of conventional photolithography. Linear and hexagonal grating geometries achieved narrowband resonance while demonstrating control over polarization dependence.
