Abstract

In this paper we report on reactively sputtered optical coatings which are remarkably stable in wavelength performance after extensive temperature cycling and humidity exposure. This exceptional environmental stability makes them particularly well suited for use in optics systems subjected to harsh environments for extended time periods.
