Abstract

The high quality of magnetron-sputtered Cr/Sc multilayer mirrors is demonstrated with Cu-K_α x-ray reflection, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and synchrotron radiation reflectivity measurements close to the N-K_α-line in the water window.
