T1u mode Grüneisen determination of MgAl2O4 by ellipsometric characterization at various temperature

Abstract

Ab initio molecular modelization recently preticted mode Grüneisen coefficients of MgAl2O4. Using variable temperature ellipsometric measurements, it is possible to compare theory and experimental characterization of the first Grüneisen coefficient at 670 cm−1.
