Abstract

An available optical thin film demultiplexer based on superprism effect was fabricated and tested in this paper. The demultiplexer has large spatial dispersion with high energy utilization compared with some previous thin film reflected or transmitted superprism devices. Moreover, it has simple sturcutre and easy to produced, and will be a cost-effective, higher resolving power dispersive devices.
