Nanoamorphous Optical Coatings

Abstract

Nanoamorphous structure, homogeneous microstructure, smooth topography, high density, and excellent optical and mechanical properties were obtained with metal oxide films deposited by reactive low-voltage ion plating. Reliable reproducibility and environmental stability could be achieved.
