Thermal Expansion Coefficients of Obliquely Deposited MgF2 Thin Films

Abstract

Effects of columnar angles on the thermal expansion coefficients of MgF2 films were investigated. The MgF2 films with columnar microstructures were obliquely deposited on two types of glass substrates by means of resistive heating evaporation.
