Abstract

Optical micro-components are increasingly used in laser optical systems because of their new and many industrial applications. These components are coated in order to enhance their optical performances but optical characterizations are very hard due to their shape and small size. So to perform this kind of measurement, special devices are needed. It is difficult to check their optical responses after manufacturing. A new means developed by the French Atomic Energy Commission is proposed to fill this gap.
