Electron-beam deposited materials for high-reflective coatings: Femtosecond LIDT

Abstract

Oxides as single layers and HR-multilayers were irradiated by single and multi laser pulses at 1030nm and 500fs. Conditioning effect and correlation between LIDT of intrinsic materials and stacks through the EFI distribution are investigated.
