Abstract

The WO3-Nb2O5 electrochromic films were deposited by bipolar pulsed magnetron sputtering. The optical-density of WO3-Nb2O5 film was a closer to WO3 film. The response-speed and duration were increased by Nb2O5 doped WO3 films.
