Ion Beam Sputtered Mixture Films with Tailored Refractive Indices

Abstract

Ion Beam Sputtering technique was investigated to provide mixture layers with tunable refractive indices. Complex coating design was able to realize by setting the refractive index as variable. A rugate filter was deposited successfully.
