Obliquely deposited nanohelix array: morphology and circular dichroism

Abstract

We proposed a glancing angle deposition technique with substrate cooling technique to grow a silver nanohelix array on a glass substrate. The significant circular dichroism (g-factor) can be experimentally observed in the visible region.
