Optical and Structural Characterization of ZnO Thin Films by reactive RF Magnetron Sputtering

Abstract

ZnO thin films were deposited on glass substrates using a RF magnetron sputtering. From the transmittance spectra and dielectric Drude-Lorentz model was used to obtain the optoelectronic properties.
