Reflectivity Mapping of Large-aperture Mirrors with Cavity Ring-down Technique

Abstract

A high-precision measurement device based on cavity ring-down technique is developed for reflectivity mapping of large-aperture mirrors. Reflectivity uniformity is measured by raster scanning the mirror and measuring reflectivity of each position.
