Comparison of Monitoring Strategies by Simulation for Four-Layer Antireflection Coatings

Abstract

Four strategies for thickness control of a four-layer antireflection coating are compared by simulation. Changing wavelength layer-to-layer and limiting the thickness range of optical terminations by QCM readings have also been employed in these simulations.
