Humidity Induced Changes in Group Delay Dispersion of Chirped Mirrors with Porous Top Layer

Abstract

Chirped mirrors with porous top layer (CMPTL) feature broadband dispersion control. In this work, CMPTL for broadband spectral range was designed and deposited. Additionally, sensitivity of CMPTL spectral parameters to humidity in air was investigated.
