Abstract

Femtosecond laser induced polishing and annealing was developed to enhance the performance limitations of WGP in Mid-infrared range, fabricated by nanotransfer printing. The extinction ratio of WGP is up to 31 dB, a factor of 3 compared with non-processed WGP.
