Dibenzotetrathiafulvalene Bisimides: New Building Blocks for Organic Electronic Materials

Abstract

Novel dibenzotetrathiafulvalene bisimides were designed and synthesized. Their field-effect transistors fabricated at room temperature showed excellent p-type performance in air, with high mobility up to 0.40 and even high on/off ratio of 107_108.
