In vivo Noninvasive Diagnosis of Wound Healing in Rat with Multiphoton Microscopy

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We have used femtosecond laser induced multiphoton microscopy to study normal wound healing in live rats noninvasively. We evaluate wound healing physiology in terms of cellular activity by FLIM and collagen regeneration by SHG microscopy.
